Kendra was very open and transparent about what we could get if we stayed in the city. We were very stubborn and hoped she was wrong but she was absolutely correct. We eventually came around to the idea of checking out the suburbs and fell in love with Waltham. Kendra was able to get us an awesome opportunity in a brand new construction single family home in an amazing neighborhood. Everyday we are happier and happier with our decision to take Kendra's advice and open our search to the suburbs. I really appreciate her ability to observe what we "actually" wanted without us directly saying it and then gently nudging us in that direction until we finally realized it for ourselves. She was never going to let us settle for something she knew we wouldn't be happy with in the long term.
